Construction Window Debris

Construction window debris will always be found when windows are not properly protected during the entire building project.

First of all, before removing any type of debris from the surface of glass, it is very important to know whether you are dealing with normal or tempered glass. You should know what the quality of that glass is and, what type of debris needs to be clean off that glass.

Second, the right window cleaning tools should be used along with the proper window cleaning techniques. It is extremely important for the person that is doing the cleaning to study these factors closely before they start to scrape and clean. If these warnings are ignored, it is a good chance that the windows will be damaged.

Tip: If the windows are extremely messy and covered in heavy construction window debris, I would recommend hiring professional window cleaners that are knowledgeable and up to date on all the latest tools and techniques for this type of project.

Education

Whether you hire someone or do it yourself, you will want to be educated on this entire subject. You will know exactly what to look for and, will be able to ask the right questions.
Tip: If the building contractor has elected to have the windows cleaned, find out who will be doing it and if they are qualified to do the job right. (Click on the link above on hiring a professional window cleaner). Clean up crews & house cleaners are not professional window cleaners. Beware of those that say they can clean windows if that is not their number one profession.
